Nicole Farnsworth
Associate Director of Sports Nutrition, WHSP Medical
Nicole Sliva Farnsworth, MS, RD, CSSD, LDN is a board-certified sports dietitian specializing in performance nutrition, low-energy availability, perinatal sports nutrition, and eating disorders. She is the Associate Director of Sports Nutrition at WHSP Medical and a Clinical Dietitian at Laura Moretti Nutrition, where she works with athletes of all levels, from recreational to elite. Nicole also contributes to research and recently led a scoping review of postpartum return-to-sport literature.
Nicole’s passion for performance nutrition stems from her experience as a Division I heptathlete at Harvard University. Since 2019, she has been an integral member of the Female Athlete Conference Planning Committee, serving as co-chair for the biennial international conference in 2021 and 2023. Nicole is also dedicated to education, serving as a sports nutrition instructor for the Institute of Rowing Leadership Fellowship and mentoring aspiring dietitians. She is an experienced speaker, presenting at local, national, and international conferences on topics related to female athlete health and nutrition.
