Laura Reece

Laura Moretti Reece, MS, RD, CSSD, LDN earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. A Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics, she focuses on performance-based nutrition and the treatment of Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (REDs), disordered eating, and eating disorders in athletes. Laura is the Director of Nutrition for the Women’s Health, Sports & Performance (WHSP) Institute in Boston, where her private practice, Laura Moretti Nutrition LLC, is now integrated within the interdisciplinary care model.

Laura’s experience includes previously serving as Lead Dietitian for the Female Athlete Program at Boston Children’s Hospital. She has also served as a consulting dietitian for the Boston Ballet Company. Laura has presented nationally and internationally on sports performance nutrition, REDs, and the treatment of eating disorders in athletes. She has also held leadership roles as Co-Chair of the International Academy of Eating Disorders Sport and Exercise Special Interest Group and as Co-Chair of the 2019 Female Athlete Conference.

A multiple-time Boston Marathon qualifier and finisher, Laura brings both professional expertise and personal athletic experience to her work.
