The WHSP Launch Reception is an invitation-only celebration marking the official opening of the Women's Health, Sports & Performance Institute.

WHSP is dedicated to advancing the health of female athletes across the lifespan, serving athletes of all sports and ability levels so they can participate, compete, perform, and lead with optimal health.

  • Guest Street Garage: Directly across from the WHSP building. Standard rates apply.

    Street Parking: Limited metered spaces are available along Guest Street and nearby side streets.

    Rideshare Drop-Off: Uber/Lyft drop-off zone is located at the main entrance on Guest Street.

    Public Transit: The Boston Landing stop on the Commuter Rail is a short walk away.

  • Cocktail attire with a professional feel, think business-cocktail, polished but not overly formal.

    Examples include:

    • Tailored dresses or jumpsuits
    • Suits, blazers, or elevated separates

    Comfortable shoes are recommended. Guests will have the option to join guided walking tours of the WHSP Medical and Institute spaces, so choose heels or dress shoes you can move easily in.

  • Yes. We will be offering heavy hors d’oeuvres and a full bar throughout the evening.

  • Yes. Guided tours of the WHSP Medical and Institute will be offered throughout the evening. Staff will be available to answer questions about clinical care, research, and athlete services.

  • Yes, with the following considerations: By attending, you consent to WHSP’s photo & media policy. Please avoid photography in areas designated for patient privacy.

  • This is an invite-only reception, and we’re not able to accommodate additional guests. Only those whose invitation includes a “+1” are eligible to bring a guest. Thank you for understanding as space is limited.

  • Yes. All entrances, restrooms, and event spaces are fully wheelchair accessible.

  • Use the link in your Paperless Post invitation to modify your RSVP at any time.

  • A reserved snow date will be announced in 2026.

    If the forecast requires a schedule change, we will notify all guests by email at least 24 hours in advance. Your original RSVP will automatically carry over unless you indicate otherwise.
