Caroline (Carly)
Robinson, MPH, RD

Caroline Robinson, MPH, RD, is a registered dietitian with a Master of Public Health in Dietetics from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Bachelor’s degree in Health & Nutritional Studies and Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross. While at Holy Cross, she competed as an NCAA Division I middle-distance runner, an experience that ignited her passion for working with athletes and nutrition.

Caroline has extensive experience supporting athletes through her role as a Graduate Assistant for the Office of Student Wellness Education at Holy Cross, where she designed and implemented performance-focused nutrition programs, delivered educational team talks, and coordinated campus-wide wellness initiatives to help fuel athletes for success. She also served as a Dietetic Intern at Laura Moretti Nutrition, where she helped develop individualized meal plans, participated in supervision for eating disorder treatment cases, and created engaging, evidence-based nutrition content for social media. 

Caroline is dedicated to helping athletes at all levels optimize their health, enhance performance, and foster overall well-being.
