Amanda Waldron, MS, RDN, CSSD, LDN

Amanda Waldron, MS, RDN, CSSD, LDN is a board-certified sports dietitian specializing in performance nutrition, low energy availability/relative energy deficiency in sports, and eating disorders. A former Division 1 cross country and track athlete for the College of the Holy Cross, she integrates her clinical expertise with her lived experience as an athlete in her practice.

She is dedicated to guiding athletes toward peak performance and optimal health, securing the strategies they need to sustain their success and remain athletes for life. She works with athletes from a wide range of sports and levels, having extensive experience with both.


She currently serves as the sports dietitian for Harvard University, working with varsity athletes from all 42 teams. Her prior experience includes roles at Harvard University Health Services and Brigham & Women’s Hospital. She started her dietetic career in the Leadership Education in Adolescent Health Fellowship at Boston Children’s Hospital.


She earned her bachelor’s degree from the College of the Holy Cross. She then completed her Master’s in Nutrition and dietetic internship at Boston University.
